We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to enhance the company sales process and improve overall sales production with a focus on data analysis and systems development. One who will work closely with sales leaders to execute sales initiatives and measure sales rep performance against goals. They will also assist in training sales employees in the use of company systems and ensure that standard operating procedures are established and followed.

This position will be based in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and analyze data identify business opportunities
  • Help sales leaders monitor and measure employee activity and performance
  • Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
  • Ensure sales enablement systems are functioning properly and are being utilized by the sales team
  • Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering team to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms
  • Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
  • Keep updated on industry and market trends

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years as an analyst or sales enablement specialist
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or customer facing experience
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven analytical skills
  • General technology, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and email proficiency
