Retail Marketing Representative
Position Summary
Home Genius Exteriors is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Retail Marketing team. In this role, you'll represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country by engaging with homeowners inside major retail and hardware locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and engage customers with a friendly, outgoing attitude
• Educate homeowners on exterior remodeling products including roofing, siding, gutters, gutter guards, windows, and doors
• Set homeowners up for free inspections and consultations based on qualifying needs
• Set up and maintain promotional booths and displays inside retail and hardware locations
• Help create a positive customer experience while representing the Home Genius brand professionally
• Meet individual and team lead-generation goals
• Support promotional campaigns, merchandising, and event setup/teardown
• Handle customer questions professionally and confidently
• Attend team meetings and trainings to continue developing communication and marketing skills
• Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
