Experienced full time Medical Spa Esthetician trained in all facets of the med spa services, sales and clinic performance. Support Dermatology Clinical Practice and perform exceptional treatments on our clients.
The Med-Spa MA Esthetician will be responsible for providing clients with an exceptional customer experience through quality, professional, friendly, and informed skincare and other treatments.
You will manage operational and clinical processes and standards throughout the Center. We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, customer-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is willing to be hands on and has a genuine interest in growing our vibrant organization!
Med Spa Esthetician and Medical Assistant
  • Directs, implements, and maintains guest experience and service standards; efficient and professional guest check-in, friendly and educated team members, comfort and cleanliness of procedure rooms and lobby and resolves guest problems and complaints as needed.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains programs/processes to enhance sales, guest satisfaction and ensure front and back-office operations are efficient and profitable.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions
  • Develops the team and holds accountable to the achievement of product and service sales and profitability goals.
  • Efficient use of the EMR. Prepares accurate and timely reports and correspondence as needed; responds to corporate requests.
  • Proper management of staff schedule for adequate coverage. Ensure staff hours are approved and submit it to the Regional Director for approval.
  • Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow.
  • Ensures Center operations are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operations processes including; ordering supplies, inventory, security system, overall cleanliness, equipment maintenance and compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Schedule monthly education training and workshops to provide staff with continuing education to improve professional and technical knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host monthly events and promotions. Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Yelp and other tools.
  • Be aware of and comply with all federal, state, and local labor and employment laws applicable to employees at the Center including licensure of Estheticians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Registered Nurses.
  • Directly work with the Medical Director and Management.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable requirements and federal, state, and local laws/regulations including but not limited to those pertaining to quality improvement, human resources, environmental protection, fire and life safety, occupational injuries and illnesses, security, and disaster preparedness.
  • Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements and office protocols (including but not limited to; JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability))

The ideal candidate MUST have:
  • 1 - 5 years experience in the medical spa, plastic surgery or dermatology setting.
  • Valid esthetician license required.
  • MEDICAL ASSISTANT or HIGHER Certification is Required.
  • Ability and experience in selling - top sales
  • Knowledgeable about skincare products
  • Knowledge in skincare services and non-evasive cosmetic procedures
