About the role:
As a Patient Relationship Representative, you will serve as an ambassador for our Med spas, ensuring every client experience reflects our philosophy of care, excellence, and human connection.
In this role, you will take the time to understand each client's individual needs, thoughtfully coordinate appointments, and elevate every touchpoint of the client journey. By creating exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships, you will help shape each client's impression of the brand.

Previous experience in a med spa, aesthetic practice, or luxury retail environment is preferred; however, we also welcome candidates with a strong background in customer-focused roles who are passionate about delivering elevated service.
Essential Duties Include:
โ€ข Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm, professional welcome while collecting and accurately entering patient information.
โ€ข Escort patients to exam rooms, maintain comfort, and ensure rooms are clean, organized, and prepared between appointments.
โ€ข Manage front desk operations including scheduling, phone calls, voicemail, patient check-outs, chart preparation, and general administrative tasks.
โ€ข Process payments, balance daily transactions, complete end-of-day paperwork, and support retail inventory management and sales.
Compensation:
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD$22 plus the opportunity for commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, a paid time off program, aesthetic perks and a 401K plan with employer contributions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Medspa, hospitality or retail experience preferably gained within a high end or luxury market.
Work Schedule:
The clinics are open Monday-Thursday 9AM-8PM and Friday & Saturdays from 9AM-6PM. Candidates must be available nights and Saturdays.
