What will I do in this role?

  • Customer greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the customers health goals, what their intended outcomes are and education on our therapies/services/benefits.
  • Therapy administration: complying with internal protocols, state, and federal regulations: Preparing IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering to customers. Periodic checking on customers for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up of therapy supplies.
  • Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in Waterford Lakes and the very BEST place to work for our team members.
  • Administrative. Cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory and ordering of supplies. Our lead nurse will assume these responsibilities but can delegate and assist with the owners as necessary.
