The Arthroplasty Medicine Sales Associate works closely with surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional clinical support and customer service while driving sales growth within an assigned territory.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after surgical procedures.

  • Manage inventory, instrumentation, and case logistics to ensure exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and leadership to achieve territory objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records, expense reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Represent Trivium Surgical with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Sales experience or experience in healthcare, sports medicine, athletic training, medical device, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn complex surgical procedures and medical technologies.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, based on surgical schedules.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and occasionally overnight as business needs require.
