Job description

SUMMARY

Step into a paid, entry-level role where you’ll learn the core of office operations and customer care in a production environment. You’ll support order processing, documentation, and cross-team coordination while training toward a Customer Service Representative (CSR) path. Expect clear structure, hands-on coaching, and a predictable weekday schedule as you build real, transferable skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support for customer service and sales.
  • Enter data, maintain orderly digital/paper files, and keep documents current.
  • Assist with quotes, order intake, job packets, and status updates under guidance.
  • Route information between operations, sales, and prepress to keep work moving.
  • Answer phones and emails with professional, courteous communication.
  • Help with scheduling, basic reports, and other tasks needed to support the team.
  • Participate in training to understand products, systems, and the printing workflow.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years in an office, clerical, or administrative setting (internships welcome).
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems.
  • Microsoft Excel required; Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Clear speaker and writer with professional phone etiquette.
  • Organized, reliable, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
