Job description


Position: Registration Specialist (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No weekends or holidays.
Location: Metro Indianapolis
Parking: Paid by department
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out process.

  • Review insurance information and verify demographics.

  • Complete pre-registration and schedule appointments.

  • Support medical assistants and understand provider preferences.

  • Troubleshoot patient issues and ensure smooth patient flow.

  • Answer incoming calls and direct patients/visitors appropriately.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to interpret insurance information.
