Peak Partners is looking to add a Medical Billing Specialist / Account Representative to our team!


We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to come alongside us to help better serve our clients. Peak Partners is a third-party medical billing company offering services in medical credentialing and billing to help small businesses succeed! If you feel you may be a good fit, please apply!


*Duties may include:

  • Patient Accounts as in reviewing balances and answering questions regarding accounts.
  • Patient aging reports for all outstanding claims.
  • Process incoming payments and monthly invoicing.
  • Receive in-bound calls and making out-bound calls.
  • Processes claims, denials, rejections to support the revenue cycle.
  • Processes incoming remittances for client billing.
  • Conducts insurance billing claim appeals with insurance companies
  • Ensures communication within EMR is accurate and up to date for client care and billing
  • Monitors insurance code changes and communicates insurance denial trends.
  • Processes all new client information, including yet not limited to personal, insurance and financial information.
  • May Conduct insurance verification for clients with insurance providers.
  • Maintains strict client confidentiality via records, conversations and EMR system (HIPAA).
  • Uses EMR system to provide appropriate information to providers and institutions.
  • Communicate with clients and patients in a professional manner.
  • Call insurance payers to follow up on claims, denials, rejections, and aging.
