Lube Technician - Quality Dealerships Service
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Quality Dealerships is hiring a motivated Lube Technician to support our Buick GMC and Mazda service teams. This entry-to-early career role focuses on oil changes, inspections, and light maintenance-ideal for techs who want a solid foundation and a clear path to become a Line Tech.

What You'll Do
  • Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
  • Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
  • Check and set tire pressures; replace cabin/engine air filters and wiper blades
  • Inspect belts, hoses, lights, and basic safety items
  • Maintain a clean bay, follow shop safety standards, and protect customer vehicles
  • Assist advisors/technicians as needed to keep vehicles moving on time

What You'll Bring
  • Basic automotive service experience (quick lane, tire/express, or similar) preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn OEM procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Nice to Have
  • GM or Mazda express service experience
  • Entry-level ASEs (or in progress)
  • Familiarity with DMS/inspection tools (RO documentation, MPI tablets)
