Position Summary

The HVAC Helper is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to learn the HVAC trade from the ground up. In this position, you will assist an HVAC Technician with installations, maintenance, inspections, and light repairs. Your primary goal is to develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits necessary to grow into a skilled HVAC professional. Starting pay is determined based on skills and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist HVAC Technicians with light repair, maintenance, and installation work
• Observe and learn all aspects of HVAC systems and building performance services
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck
• Wear floor savers and protect customers’ homes while performing service
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow all company safety standards and best practices
• Participate actively in training sessions, morning meetings, and team events
• Follow the company Code of Ethics and Team Rules
• Remain safety-conscious on job sites and while driving
• Travel to training sessions or meetings as required (up to 25–50%)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience with ServiceTitan software

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to work in tight or awkward spaces and carry required tools and equipment
• Exposure to construction site conditions including noise from power tools and dust/debris
• Ability to sit for extended periods when required
• Ability to travel for training and meetings as needed
