Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bike Mechanic & Fulfillment Associate to support our daily store operations. This role combines entry-level mechanical work with customer order preparation, inventory control, and operational support to ensure every customer receives a safe, fully prepared bicycle and a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Order Preparation
  • Prepare and verify customer orders, including bicycles, batteries, chargers, locks, helmets, and accessories.
  • Ensure all bikes are clean, charged, and ready for customer pickup.
Bicycle Intake & Basic Repairs
  • Inspect returned bicycles and document their condition in company systems.
  • Identify bikes requiring additional repairs or diagnostics.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, including:
  • Flat tire and tube replacements
  • Tire inflation and pressure checks
  • Brake adjustments
  • Basic drivetrain adjustments
  • Battery inspections
  • Safety inspections
  • Accessory installation
  • Minor component replacements

-Escalate complex repairs to senior mechanics when needed.
Inventory & Operations Support
  • Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
