Hand Assembly Associate – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

New Paltz, NY

Pay Rate:
$17 per hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Overtime may be required as needed
Job Overview:
We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Associates to support the final stages of production in a manufacturing environment in New Paltz, NY. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on inspecting, assembling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in manufacturing, with potential to grow into more advanced roles such as Machine Operator or Production Technician.
Hand Assembly Associate Responsibilities:

  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and visible defects

  • Count, stack, and package products according to work instructions

  • Assemble partitions, inserts, and other packaging components

  • Clean and prepare boxes to meet customer quality standards

  • Verify quantities and report any discrepancies or issues

  • Stage completed products for shipping or next production steps

  • Maintain accurate basic production documentation
