Production Technician - Oakland, NE
SIGN-ON BONUS
Entry-Level ProductionTechs
$1,000 at all other Western locations
Payout schedule: $250 at 45 days, $250 at 90 days, and $500
at180 days
*Employee ineligible for Sign-On Bonus if 3 or more unexcused absences are accumulated
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
ProductionTechs (excludesmgrs.)
$1,000 at all Western locations
Lump sum payment at 180 days if both the employee and
referral-employeeare employed
Unlimited number of referrals
JobResponsibilities/Accountabilities:
The Production Technician isresponsible for safely handling customers cylinders in compliance with standardoperating procedures. This position reports directly to the Area Lead andDepartment Manager. Training is provided to ensure complete understanding ofposition and department responsibilities.
Strong level of attention todetail.
Ability to read and comprehend.
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
Must be able to read and write and perform mathematical exercises.
Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with differentpersonalities.
Must be able to roll or lift 75 lbs. cylinders.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to work extended shifts and/or weekends.
Able to work in a no climate-controlled environment.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent or commensurate experience.
