This position will perform a combination of duties that include physical inventory control, shipping, receiving, stocking, organizing, forklift operations and maintenance and issuing supplies and/or materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Warehouse
  • Performs shipping and receiving duties such as loading and unload shipments, stock material; and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims with photos and detailed descriptions.
  • Working from a variety of source documents to verify quantities, count parts, fill orders, package parts for each division.
  • Support facility maintenance and address departmental needs, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Inventory
  • Identify and maintain inventory stock to include new stock; coordinate and perform physical inventories to assure accuracy and completeness of all inventory reports.

Maintenance
  • Performs basic preventative maintenance and assists others in performing advanced corrective maintenance tasks to equipment.
  • Maintaining related records or reports as required and resolving discrepancies where needed.
  • Warehouse & office maintenance, cleaning, organization, and minor repairs.

Safety
  • Operate vehicles and equipment in adherence with training and company policies.
  • Report all recognized unsafe conditions or acts to Management.
  • Wear proper PPE when necessary.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend training sessions as required.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements
COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
  • Valid forklift operations certification, preferred
  • Valid Texas Driver's license

EXPERIENCE
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in a related field, preferred
  • Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks
