In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use histories and mental health conditions, adapting approaches based on individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure efficacy.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to provide cohesive care plans that support client recovery.
• Educate and actively support families, encouraging their participation in the therapeutic journey to foster a supportive home environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress while adhering to industry regulations and confidentiality standards.

Your primary focus will be on individuals battling addiction, particularly those with co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work with a diverse client demographic, including various age groups and backgrounds, each with unique experiences and challenges. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices.

While a minimum of two years of therapeutic experience is required, candidates with additional experience in the following areas will be preferred:
