We're currently seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager in Western Ohio to support a successful territory in our Wound Care Division.
We're looking for a driven, seasoned sales professional who thrives in complex healthcare environments-particularly someone with experience calling on hospitals and IDNs in Western Ohio and Fort Wayne, Indiana markets. This is not an entry-level role! The ideal candidate understands how to sell value over price, has a strong track record of exceeding quota, and can build trusted relationships across all levels of a hospital system.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive territory growth through both new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Call on key hospital decision-makers-VPs, Directors, clinicians-across multiple departments.
  • Sell premium wound care solutions by articulating clinical and economic value, not just price.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, defend business, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Partner with distributor reps to expand coverage and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Perform cold calls regularly-this is a critical component of how we generate leads and create impact.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, sales reporting, and account planning in alignment with company processes.
  • Travel extensively across the territory, including overnight stays as needed.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in business-to-business, preferably in medical device or wound care.
  • Experience selling premium-priced products where value-based selling was key to success.
  • Strong background calling on academic medical centers and Level 1 trauma facilities.
  • Proven sales results-consistent 100%+ quota achievement is preferred.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset-no lone wolves here.
  • Excellent communicator who's confident presenting to large groups and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinker who can use data to drive strategy and defend market share.
  • Comfortable with overnight travel; Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
