Company Overview

We are a growing beauty and cosmetics company that develops innovative products from start to finish. Our product lines include electrical hair styling tools, manicure/pedicure tools, cosmetics, and more. Our company is rapidly expanding with new clients, new products, and increasing retail and e-commerce sales.

Position Summary

The Office Coordinator is an integral part of the customer experience, providing vital support to the Office Department and reporting directly to the VP. We are looking for a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Korean) individual to join our internal team of 6. This position is open to entry-level candidates who show strong leadership potential, as well as professionals with prior administrative experience.

General Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the VP on project tasks such as chargebacks, shipping contracts, and agreements.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support and work on special assignments as requested.

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint portals for the company.

  • Learn and assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures to support team members.

  • Support the team on various projects or during periods of heavy workload.

  • Learn and effectively communicate company policies and procedures to all departments regarding office processes.

  • Show initiative and leadership potential, acting as a backup to other team members' roles when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (Written and Oral) is required.

  • Experience Level: Entry-level candidates with strong potential are welcome to apply. Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or the consumer product industry is a highly regarded plus.

  • Education: U.S. College degree.

  • Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn AP/AR processes.

    • Strong computer literacy.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to communicate and work well collaboratively across multiple departments.

  • Attributes: Highly productive, self-starting, and constantly striving for improvement. Displays potential for leadership or has prior experience guiding/training others.

  • Commute: Must be able to commute to the office in under 1 hour.
