Based in-office in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Sales Consultants at Hayes Locums play a critical role in connecting healthcare facilities with top physician and advanced practice provider (APP) talent. This is a relationship-driven, performance-based role that blends consultative sales and recruiting, supported by strong internal teams and a proven model for career growth.

What You Will Do
• Source and engage physicians through outreach, networking, and research

Compensation & Career Growth
Hayes Locums rewards success through a combination of base salary, bonus, and uncapped commission. Our compensation model is designed to support early development while providing meaningful long-term financial upside for sustained performance.
Compensation Includes:
• $50,000 starting base salary
• $18,000 guaranteed bonus (first 18 months at $1,000 per month)
• Uncapped commission
Sales Consultants are uncapped commission-eligible from day one.
Earning Potential
• Six-figure earnings possible within 2 years
• Experienced consultants: $300K-$800K+ OTE (4-5+ years)
