Are you looking to start a career in manufacturing? We are seeking motivated and dependable Entry-Level Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our growing production team.

Schedule
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 1st Shift and 2nd Shift available
  • Overtime opportunities available based on production needs
Pay
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Shift differential available for eligible shifts
Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
  • Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products
  • Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Accurately complete production documentation as required
  • Assist with general production and housekeeping duties
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain attendance
  • Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
