We are seeking deburr technicians to join our team. Do you have excellent attention to detail skills? Can you use hand tools effectively? We will train entry-level candidates and are looking for seasoned deburr technicians too. 


This is an excellent opportunity for career growth for motivated and capable candidates that exhibit potential.

Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Swing Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. -- swing shift offers an industry-leading hourly shift differential


This position is on-site (not hybrid/not remote) at our Tualatin headquarters and does not offer Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.  

Requirements:

No experience required, but having these desired skills is a plus: 

  • Preference for candidates that have worked with precision machined parts. Cleaning, deburr, sanding, lapping, etc.
  • Automotive experience
  • Should be proficient at using both power and hand tools: DA Sander, Drills, Dremel, Torque Drivers, etc.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for an extended period of time
  • Ability to read and understand customer specifications, prints & drawings 
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior fabrication experience (manufacturing, construction, etc.)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior machine shop experience
  • Valid driver’s license
