Job Description

We are seeking a Candidate that wants to get into CNC Machining for our machine shop located in Morton Grove, IL. The role involves operating mill machines primarily and offers competitive hourly compensation based on experience. The position is available for 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) a, with training conducted during the 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with leadsman and machinist regarding jobs before commencing work.
• Ensure safety and guidance for all employees.
• Report any issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
• Implement innovative solutions to reduce waste in machining processes.
• Adhere to related Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and Work Instructions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morton Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
