Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on CNC Machine Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential across multiple shifts.

Position: CNC Machine Operator
Shift:

  • 1st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift:– 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay:

  • 1st Shift – Starting at $18.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift – $20.40/hour (includes $2.40 shift differential)
  • 3rd Shift – $20.40/hours (includes $2.40 shift differential)

Location: Nashua, NH
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as CNC Machine Operators. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or those with some CNC experience to build their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
  • Load raw materials and unload finished components
  • Perform basic machining tasks including milling and finishing
  • Read and follow production paperwork and work instructions
  • Make minor adjustments to tooling and offsets as needed
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards
  • Maintain machines including cleaning, chip removal, and basic upkeep
  • Move parts through different stages of the production process
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or CNC experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements:
