CHEMICAL MIXER/PRODUCTION OPERATOR – GULFPORT, MS

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and safety-conscious Chemical Mixer/Production Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will accurately measure raw materials, operate industrial mixing equipment, and blend chemicals according to precise formulas. You will fill, box and package products for shipment. Your work ensures our products meet the highest quality standards while strictly adhering to all safety and environmental regulations. No weekends required—enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with great work-life balance. Duties and Responsibilities

Read and interpret formulas, recipes, and production schedules to determine necessary materials. Accurately measure, weigh, and load ingredients into mixing machines using scales.

Operate and troubleshoot machinery (mixers, pumps, scales). Perform routine maintenance.

Monitor mixing processes for quality.

Document production data and batch production.

Accurately fill, box, and package products for shipment.

Adhere to OSHA and safety regulations, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and handle hazardous materials safely.

Move materials and ingredients to and from the work area using forklifts or other tools.

Ensure a sanitary, organized production environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry 50lbs regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks

Mechanical skills are a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Basic literacy, math, and communication skills.

Previous experience in manufacturing, chemical handling, or as a mixer operator is a plus.

Must pass a background check
