  • Automotive Express / Lube Technician Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 (annually, depending on experience)
  • Paid 10 hours per day for Chrysler off-site training. (Reimbursed for gas/tolls)
  • Paid $50 for each FCA web-based training certificate.
  • Tool Allowance

Flexible Schedule Shifts:  Monday to Saturday (lunch from 12 pm – 1 pm) **When you work on a Saturday, you have a day off during the week. We offer two different schedule options.

  • 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5 pm

The Automotive Express Technician performs routine service inspections and completes standard vehicle maintenance jobs promptly and efficiently.

  • Conducts vehicle inspections, including multi-point inspections
  • Perform lube oil/filter, tire rotations, wipe/blade replacements, air, and cabin filters.
  • Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed

Must Haves:

  • Prior experience as a lube tech, technician's helper, or apprentice
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and repeat basic mechanical repairs.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong computer and technical skills is a must
  • Must have own set of tools (we provide the toolbox and special tools)
  • Extraordinary customer service skills

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of an Automotive Service Mechanic / Technician, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
