Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

  • Assisting with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitoring and reporting vital signs and patient conditions

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatments

  • Participating in departmental meetings and in-services to stay current on best practices and policies

Requirements

  • Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
