We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at Bryan Dairy, a premier healthcare provider in Largo, Florida. As an LPN at Aviata, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing direct care and support under the supervision of a professional nurse. Job Responsibilities: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Provide direct patient care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
  • Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
  • Provide nursing services and conduct thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
  • You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
