Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to transport cannabis products to licensed dispensaries across Missouri. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain compliance with state regulations. This role requires frequent travel and adherence to strict security and tracking protocols. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport cannabis products to dispensaries across Missouri while following all state and company regulations. Load and unload delivery vehicles with products for wholesale delivery. Ensure accurate and timely deliveries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. Verify and reconcile orders with dispensary staff upon delivery. Maintain logs and tracking documents to ensure compliance with Missouri cannabis transportation laws. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance. Securely handle cash transactions when necessary. Follow company policies for product security and inventory management. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner. Requirements/Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid Missouri drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary state-required permits. Prior experience in delivery driving, logistics, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with Missouri cannabis laws and regulations (or willingness to learn). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work flexible hours, including some weekends. Comfortable with long-distance driving and maintaining confidentiality. Physical Requirements & ADA Accommodations Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while driving long distances across Missouri. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift during loading and unloading of cannabis products. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted (including product cases, totes, and secure transport containers). Manual dexterity required for handling delivery documents, securing packages, operating locks, and using mobile devices or tracking tools. Visual acuity necessary for safe driving, navigating routes, reading manifests, and identifying product labels and documentation. Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout delivery routes. Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow during loading, unloading, and travel. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and maintain situational awareness while handling high-value regulated goods. Ability to wear required PPE (such as gloves or safety vests) depending on delivery location or loading protocols.
