Entry Level 0-2 years of experience

  • Maintain all payroll data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Verify accuracy of timesheets and correct any errors
  • Process personnel changes in payroll system (Dayforce)
  • Research and help with tax issues
  • Be able to compute withholding and deductions with gross earnings
  • Respond to Verification of Employment requests
  • Run & distribute payroll reports
  • Create and update payroll processing manuals
  • Be able to troubleshoot issue before asking for assistance
  • Communicate timely and professionally with employees and managers to help and resolve issues Takes on additional tasks when requested by management
  • Creates efficient processes
Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree
  • Mid-level knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Pro-active and strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proven analytical skills - ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action
  • Capable of working without close supervision
  • Strong work ethic and team player

Expected base salary: $55,000 - $65,000
