IM Global LLC focuses on optimizing global trade operations, helping clients move products efficiently and cost-effectively across borders. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry-level Logistics Coordinator role located in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Logistics Coordinator will assist with organizing and tracking international and domestic shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems. Daily tasks include communicating with carriers, freight forwarders, and clients to schedule pickups and deliveries, resolving basic shipment issues, and monitoring shipment status. The role also involves supporting import and export processes, coordinating with internal teams on order and inventory information, and preparing standard reports for management. The coordinator will use both English and Mandarin in written and verbal communication to support bilingual clients and partners.
