At Loan Simple, we don’t just offer jobs — we build careers. Our Junior Loan Officer P.A.T.H. program is a fully paid, hands-on apprenticeship designed to turn high-potential individuals into licensed Loan Officers ready to thrive in one of the most rewarding industries in the country.

In just 3-4 months, you’ll go from apprentice to licensed professional, supported every step of the way with world-class training, real-world experience, and personalized coaching.

What You’ll Do:

  • Field sales calls and help future homeowners take their first step
  • Learn the ins and outs of mortgage finance while earning a paycheck
  • Build rapport, ask the right questions, and deliver trusted service
  • Train for your license — we pay for your course and fees
  • Earn promotions and income increases at each milestone
  • Graduate to a full Loan Officer role — with uncapped earning potential
