Pacific Lending LLC is growing and seeking motivated Mortgage Loan Officers at all experience levels. Whether you are launching your career with structured training and mentorship or you are an experienced originator looking to scale your production, we provide the tools, support, and leadership to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate residential mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM
  • Consult with borrowers to assess needs and recommend loan solutions
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with Realtors and business partners
  • Manage loan files from application through closing
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
