We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Service Representatives for our language services company. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating translation projects, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering effective solutions.

Requirements:
