In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
Experience in SAP WM/EWM experience in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
Experience in warehousing operations is a plus
Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation
Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration
Preferred Skill and Experience
Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain is preferred
Good Analytical and Communication skills
Ability and willingness to work with global teams across time zones.
Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends on need basis.
SAP EWM / WM/ MM certifications a big plus.
Experience and desire to work in a shopfloor environment.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
