Job Summary


B&A is looking for a Business Analyst/Tester that supports multiple enterprise applications by bridging business needs and technical execution. This role focuses on production support, application testing, stakeholder coordination, and Agile team collaboration, ensuring system enhancements and defect fixes are delivered accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, customer service focus, and hands-on experience working within Agile development environments.


Responsibilities

  • Identify functional requirements and create user stories
  • Test developed stories and ensure application QA
  • Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
  • Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
  • Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working in an onsite operational environment

Required Skills

  • Ability to assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
  • Familiarity with basic artifacts such as user stories, process flows, and requirement documentation
  • Understanding of Agile principles, ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews), and iterative delivery
  • Ability to work effectively within Agile teams under guidance
  • Experience creating, updating, and tracking JIRA tickets for requirements, defects, and tasks
  • Basic understanding of workflows, backlogs, and sprint boards
  • Ability to execute test cases, document results, and log defects
  • Familiarity with functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
