We are expanding our Portland, Oregon team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join us as Retail Customer Experience Representatives.

This is a full-time, entry-level retail sales and customer service position where you'll work directly with customers, represent established brands, and develop hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, communication, and leadership.

We're looking for individuals who are ready to learn, take on new challenges, and build a strong foundation for their professional careers.

Previous sales experience is not required.

What You'll Do

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers face-to-face, understand their needs, answer questions, and create a positive experience.
  • Retail Sales: Recommend products and services based on customer needs and assist throughout the sales process.
  • Brand Representation: Represent our clients professionally while developing strong product and service knowledge.
  • Account Support: Assist customers with new account setups, service registrations, upgrades, and account-related questions.
