Position Summary:
The Territory Assistant role is a developmental role for candidates with limited electrophysiology (EP), medical device or sales experience. This is an opportunity to enter medical device sales at base level and develop skills to advance in the clinical sales team. The Territory Assistant will need to learn and understand the Robotic Magnetic Navigation (RMN) technology, the basics of EP, the dynamics of an EP lab, and the business of disruptive robotic medical device sales. When a Clinical Specialist territory becomes available and the TA meets the requirements of the Clinical Specialist position, the TA could be promoted to a Clinical Specialist.

Essential Responsibilities:
โ€ข Learn the technical complexities of the Stereotaxis robotic system.
โ€ข Learn key clinical, workflow, and equipment involved in EP procedures, through case observations, guided instruction and simulator sessions, and independent study.
โ€ข Assist with system maintenance and upgrades.
โ€ข Provide independent clinical support in low complexity EP procedures.
โ€ข Promotes the safe and effective use of Stereotaxis products and related procedures.
โ€ข Contacting hospital labs to uncover lab information for the capital team.
โ€ข Contacting physicians' offices to set up telerobotic site visits for potential capital customers.
โ€ข Learn the aspects of SPIN selling to uncover unmet customer needs at every customer opportunity.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business fields preferred
โ€ข Clinical knowledge of Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology is a plus
โ€ข Excellent written and oral communication skills
โ€ข Legally authorized to work in the United States

Work Conditions:
This role is a field position and could require up to 80% travel minimum dependent on territory. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and risk of radiation. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Be prepared to relocate throughout the country based upon the availability of Clinical Specialist territories.
