Job description

Lynx Dx is a fast-growing molecular diagnostics startup transforming prostate cancer detection through cutting-edge biomarker-based testing. Our flagship product, MyProstateScore 2.0 (MPS2), is poised to redefine non-invasive prostate cancer screening nationwide. We’re hiring an entry level Test Kit Assembler to work onsite in Ann Arbor, MI starting 4/20/26.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Company's Kit Building team member and provide services that are customary for such a position in the Company’s industry.
  • Assemble MPS and U of M test kits daily to ensure client orders are fulfilled and the Company’s test sites are fully stocked with kits.
  • Ensure all kit orders in Zoho CRM include a requisition form and return shipping label. Scan the kit and return label into the system, create and scan the outgoing shipping label, and designate the order as ready to ship.
  • Ensure that the kit room work is compliant with all Standard Operating Procedures and sufficiently sanitary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work area.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
