RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Advanced Process Technician in Corvallis, OR.
Summary:
Start Your Career in a Cutting-Edge Analytical Lab. Kickstart your career as an Advanced Process Technician in a fast-paced Analytical Development Lab. You will work alongside experienced analysts, engineers, and scientists, gaining hands-on experience with real-world testing and product development.
This is a hands-on entry-level lab role where you will use your chemistry background to test materials, support R&D, and work with engineers to solve real product challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
* AA/AS degree (or equivalent experience) in: Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Electronics, or similar field
* Basic knowledge of general chemistry or standard lab practices
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
* Willingness to learn and operate new instruments and technologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
