(V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.
We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:
  • Junior Maintenance Coordinator (MMP / Maximo)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level resource to support maintenance operations, with a focus on preventive maintenance activities. This role will assist in managing work orders, tracking maintenance schedules, and supporting data entry and reporting within MMP/Maximo systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation, tracking, and closure of work orders in MMP/Maximo
  • Support preventive maintenance scheduling and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to follow up on open tasks
  • Enter and update data in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Generate basic reports on maintenance activities and KPIs
  • Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes

Basic Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Science, or related field preferred) OR relevant technical training
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, systems navigation)
  • Good communication and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment

Preferred (Nice to Have):
  • Exposure to MMP, Maximo, or similar CMMS systems
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance concepts
