Our client is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join its engineering team in an entry-level capacity. This role is well suited to a recent engineering graduate who communicates well, is eager to build hands-on process experience, and is flexible on schedule and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day process engineering activities under the guidance of senior engineering staff.
  • Assist with data collection, monitoring, and troubleshooting process operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytical and laboratory staff, to support process performance.
  • Apply classroom and internship knowledge to real world process engineering problems.
  • Adhere to shift schedules and site safety standards.

Background Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, process, or a related Engineering discipline (or equivalent internship and coursework experience).
  • Relevant internship or academic project experience preferred.
  • Exposure to laboratory or analytical instrumentation (e.g., ICP) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and relocate as needed.
