These developers usually work on basic coding tasks, bug fixes, and small modules as they gain experience and learn industry best practices. Entry level roles often require a foundational understanding of Java, familiarity with development tools, and a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks. Over time, they can progress to more advanced positions as they develop their skills.
