The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the Salesforce platform to meet business and operational needs. This position will manage multiple orgs which are very crucial and essential for multiple agencies. The position will work with multiple teams, developers, system integrators, business.
Salesforce certifications for platform administrator is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities, Duties and Required Skills:
  • Managing Orgs: Set up Orgs, Create sandboxes, Configure CI/CD pipelines (bitbucket , Jenkins), Manage custom objects deployments without affecting other applications; Maintain same common environments used across multiple applications and maintain release management schedule.
  • User and Access Management: Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets; enforce security policies.
  • Data Management: Import/export data, manage data quality, deduplicate records, and enforce validation rules.
  • System Configuration: Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and record types; configure Flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Integration Support: Integrate setup and maintenance, including middleware tools (Mulesoft, Adobe, Box, Java based systems, ForgeRock, Identity Management)
  • Change Management: Manage sandbox environments, perform system testing, and deploy changes using approved processes.
  • User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, create training materials, and conduct onboarding and enablement sessions.
  • Release Readiness & Documentation: Evaluate new Salesforce releases, test changes, and thoroughly update system documentation accordingly.
