LoanPro's IT Specialist is an IT Jedi that works on the Operations & Compliance Team and should have the ability and know-how to deeply understand the company's and users' needs, be familiar with best practices in systems governance and IT. The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to internal employees, being a technical liaison for the compliance team, and owning local IT Security for the Farmington Office. This individual should be a people builder just as much as they like systems. This individual can quickly build relationships and trust with people across all teams. This individual should quickly build credibility and trust with collaborators and direct reports and see their role as a mentor, coach, advocate, and sponsor of their system's needs.Responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.


  • Maintains ownership of company assets and technical inventory
  • Provide end-user support by allocating, configuring, delivering, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems and software
  • Create accounts and configure hardware as part of onboarding process
  • Assist with maintaining Operational Procedures for compliance in AWS
  • Provide technical insight for the compliance team
  • Own Vendor Management and perform vendor evaluation from a technical perspective
  • Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures
  • Track and resolve incidents and requests through the ticketing tools
  • Perform Clean Desk audits, Mobile Configuration audits, and any other audits as needed.
  • Desktop/laptop technical support (Mac and PC) running on Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer workstation, maintaining focus and attention to detail during troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks.
  • Proficiency in lifting and carrying moderately heavy equipment, such as computers, servers, and networking devices, for installation, maintenance, and relocation purposes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various physical environments, including cramped spaces or elevated areas, while setting up or repairing hardware components and ensuring seamless IT operations.
  • Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs and how they use the product Cultivate new business relationships, maintain existing business relationships with customers and partners
  • Be ready to wear many hats, pitch in and remove roadblocks whenever needed. Embrace ambiguity and change. Create and implement processes and new ways of working where appropriate

What you need for success:

  • Experience with Firewalls, switches, and networking (PFsense & Ubiquity Prefered)
  • Experience with Audio Visual equipment such as audio Mixers, Speakers, and Mics a plus.
  • Experience with O365 Suite
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management Software (Kandji & Scalefusion Prefered)
  • Experience with AWS & MySQL is a plus
  • Experience with PCI, SOC I & SOC II, or ISO 27001 is a plus
  • Experience supporting Windows 11 and MAC OS environments
  • You are independently driven, self-directed, resourceful, and always willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver.
  • A natural affinity for the details of complicated systems and processes while remaining focused on the larger vision.
  • You have a technical background in software engineering or technical management experience with the ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels
  • You have the ability to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, structure a concise and clear presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for customers and expertise in primary customer research techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with software applications as an advanced user or administrator
  • Proficient use of various analytic and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions, in-product content, customer interviews, and technical discussions
  • Competence in leading multiple projects end-to-end, setting up roadmaps for the team, and motivating the team toward executing on deliverables to achieve project goals
