Function

Le rôle d’IT Security Lead consiste à concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre la politique de cybersécurité de Lutosa, couvrant les deux sites de production ainsi que les bureaux centraux de Leuze et Waregem, ainsi que les sites satellites worldwide. Il assure la gestion efficace des audits de sécurité et l’implémentation d’un programme de sécurité d’entreprise.

  • Développer et implémenter une stratégie de sécurité d’entreprise alignée sur les objectifs métiers et les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.
  • Concevoir et maintenir l’architecture et l’infrastructure de sécurité pour garantir la résilience des systèmes et des réseaux.
  • Réalisé régulièrement des évaluations des risques pour identifier les vulnérabilités et élaborer des plans d’atténuation.
  • Surveiller les opérations de sécurité, répondre aux incidents et mener l’analyse forensic afin de détecter et réduire rapidement les brèches.
  • Assurer la conformité aux réglementations et normes applicables (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) et gérer les processus de certification.
  • Développer et dispenser des programmes de sensibilisation et de formation afin d’éduquer les employés aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité.
  • Évaluer et gérer les risques de sécurité liés aux fournisseurs et partenaires externes.
  • Définir les politiques, procédures et directives de sécurité et fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction sur l’état de la posture de sécurité et les incidents.
  • Garantir la sécurité et celle des collègues conformément aux instructions et aux règles de l’entreprise : analyse des accidents, prévention, reporting des dangers, mesures environnementales, conformité aux normes BRC, HACCP, etc.

  • Expérience : minimum 15 ans en gestion de risques, intelligence des menaces et réponse aux incidents.
  • Connaissance approfondie des exigences de conformité et des certifications en sécurité de l’information (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
  • Maitrise des tendances et menaces actuelles en cybersécurité.
  • Diplôme de licence ou master en informatique, technologies de l’information, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, analyse et résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes et parties prenantes transversales.
