What You'll Do

As an Investor Reporting / Investor Accounting Analyst II, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of investor reporting for mortgage servicing portfolios.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Own the Investor Reporting Process
  • You'll perform the complete 7 R's of Investor Reporting:
    • Reporting, Remitting, Reconciliation, Research, Root Cause Identification, Resolution, Remediation

...at both the loan and pool levels while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional quality.

Analyze Data That Matters

  • Investigate investor reporting variances and Test for Cash exceptions
  • Perform financial analysis using mathematical and statistical techniques
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and operational risks
  • Help reduce compensatory fees, audit findings, and financial exposure for Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) owners

Partner with Clients

  • Participate in client meetings
  • Present findings and recommendations
  • Help develop strategic action plans
  • Maintain professional client communications using established templates
  • Build trusted client relationships

Deliver Monthly Reporting

  • Prepare client performance reports
  • Analyze KPIs and operational metrics
  • Identify aging items and reporting trends
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • We love great ideas.
  • You'll participate in projects that improve workflows, automate manual processes, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Each Analyst II is encouraged to contribute at least two meaningful process improvements each year.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a closely related field
  • 5 GPA or higher
  • 2-4 years of Investor Reporting experience, (experience with Private Investors preferred)
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Advanced Degree
  • Mortgage Banking or Mortgage Servicing experience
  • ICE MSP, Servicing Director, or similar servicing platform experience
  • Passion for automation, process improvement, and operational excellence
