We are happy that you are interested in joining the Domino's team as a Shift Runner (SR), here is a brief description of some of the responsibilities:


SRs are primarily responsible for managing daily store operations during their scheduled shift in order to provide exceptional customer service, make great Domino's Pizza products, and maintain the cleanliness of the store. SR's at Domino's work in a team environment making it important for them to be positive and productive team players, while also directing the efforts of the team throughout the course of their shift. Every SR plays an important role in achieving store goals for customer service, sales growth, operational reviews, and cost management.


It is a requirement for SRs to establish and maintain a high degree of reliability in managing their scheduled shifts. We expect standard professionalism from all of our team members including arriving on time in complete uniform with a positive attitude and treating others with respect.


Duties include completing all shift tasks as laid out in the policies, managing other team members, balancing finances and food inventory, and training team members. Shift runners may be required to attend workshops to further develop their skills. There are other duties SRs may be asked to perform outside of the above description.

We can proudly say all of our current Assistant Managers and Store Managers joined Domino's at an entry-level position and grew into their current role. Our goal is for all of our team members to continue their journey with us or leave better equipped than they came.


Compensation and Benefits

Starting Wage: $16.00 for full-time Shift Supervisors, part-time opportunities are available with us in different positions
