Job description

We're currenlty seeking for a Warehouse Operator who will be responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner. Help customers resolve technical problems and inquiries associated with equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery according to schedule
  • Receiving and processing warehouse stock products.
  • Inspecting incoming shipments to ensure that they meet quality standards before being stored in the warehouse.
  • Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete diary logs into inventory
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions concerning company technological user interface.
  • They interview and listen to clients to identify their needs and provide entry level technical solutions. Also involves training individuals on how to use technical products and services.
  • Escalate difficult issues to superiors for expert resolution. Ensure compliance with standards established procedures for addressing client concerns.
  • Maintain record of call transactions.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker.
  • Prior experience in sales or technical support is an added advantage
  • High attention to detail
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Able to converse with clients using appropriate language and expression and skilled in providing answers or solutions to clients’ technical issues.
  • High school diploma and some vocational training in computer/network administration.
  • Standing and/or walking for entire shift and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Bending and/or stooping repeatedly throughout shift
  • Lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis
  • Be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
