At Medicus Spine & Joint, we believe the patient experience starts long before treatment begins. We are seeking a highly professional Medical Office Specialist who thrives in a responsibility-driven environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.

If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, naturally hospitable, detail-oriented, and take pride in professionalism, we would love to meet you.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Support smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Communicate effectively with providers, medical assistants, and leadership
  • Translate and interpret for Spanishspeaking patients when needed
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
  • Handle administrative responsibilities with urgency and attention to detail
  • Help create a positive, teamoriented environment focused on exceptional service
  • What Weโ€™re Looking For - Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, healthcare, or highlevel customer service environment
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic medical records
  • Dependable, organized, and solutionoriented
  • Ideal Candidate Traits
  • Naturally hospitable and patientfocused
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable
  • Strong sense of accountability and followthrough
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to handle sensitive situations professionally and compassionately
  • Why Join Medicus Spine & Joint?

  • Work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary medical team
  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization
  • Leadership team that values professionalism, accountability, and culture
  • Meaningful work that directly impacts patientsโ€™ lives
  • Stable fulltime position with longterm career potential
  • Benefits Include
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k) options
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Supportive team environment
