Remodeling Salesperson /Consultant

Kitchen Tune-Up Farmington Hills, MI is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of Remodeling Salesperson /Consultant. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation, and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable; you will be a success. Our work is consistent year round, no worry about seasonality. This is a 100% commission role, with eligibility for benefits after 90 days. Upside potential is unlimited, commission, quarterly and year-end bonuses uncapped!

Job Duties

  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
  • Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners
  • Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed.
  • Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
  • Unlimited income potential available for motivated individuals willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms
  • Computer and smartphone proficient

Job Requirements

  • Able to work days, and some evenings and weekend appointments.
  • Participate in home/trade show rotation
  • Strong negotiating skills
